Facilitation practice
I started facilitating in 2003 as an internal facilitator in a global company. After that I have worked in a governmental organisation and in the IT-sector as business developer where we used facilitation to deliver a variety of assignments supporting change processes. In 2013 I got my CPF and has renewed it since then. I have held facilitation trainings, been a mentor within the IAF program, created learning processes for facilitators aiming for certification. From September 2018 I’m with Lorensbergs in Sweden, a leading company in facilitation and leadership development. We have a variety of clients, so I get many opportunities to practice and develop my facilitation skills in public and private sector. In 2020 we won the IAF Facilitation Awards for a collaboration project aiming at transforming the organisation towards a more agile structure. In 2025 I was certified as a Master Learning Facilitator (CMLF) with INIFAC, where I assess facilitators aiming for certification.
Besides my ambition to practice, develop and raise awareness about facilitation, I am passionate about Sustainability and exploring how facilitation skills can support this agenda.
